This DVD consists of eight different 10 minute workouts that target different parts of the body. These routines can be done separately, depending on your personal needs, goals or time restraints, or all together for one effective and efficient workout.
The sections include a warm-up to get your blood moving and body ready to move, core work to tighten and cinch the midsection, the skinny jeans workout to give you those long, lean legs that can fit in the ultimate skinny jean, a tight tush section to lift the backside and give it that great shape, chiseled arms to give you that enviable definition, a full body workout to get your heart rate up and work everything. Included as well is a section to guide you through stretches to increase flexibility.
Additionally, if you own a Magic Circle, go ahead and grab it because there is a bonus magic circle routine with some of Andrea's all time favorite exercises.
