Meet Andrea and Kristen!
Classically trained Pilates instructors Kristen Matthews and Andrea Speir have joined forces to create The Pilates Fix! Pilates in a studio can come at a steep price, so we have collaborated to film videos to make Pilates more accessible to anyone and everyone. The video series will keep with the classic formula, while adding a modern twist. What this means is, we will honor and respect the teachings and methods of Joseph Pilates while at the same time incorporating great tips and exercises we've picked up along the way through our experiences and backgrounds. Andrea is a classically trained dancer, Kristen is a former athlete. We are fully immersed in yoga, spinning, personal training, booty barre, and sports therapy. We have both worked for years in top gyms in Los Angeles and hold 600 hour classical Pilates certifications. We pull from this background and education to create the best and most effective workout videos to show you. We hope you enjoy our videos!
